1. Summary
Marquee Royal ("the app") is published by Mars Media. The app is designed to work entirely on your iOS device. We do not run accounts, we do not run servers that hold your data, and we do not track you.
2. Data we collect
None on our side. All guest profiles, bookings, inclusions, activity blocks and notes you create are stored locally on the device using iOS system storage. They never leave the device unless you choose to share or back them up through iCloud or iOS share sheets, which are governed by Apple.
3. Analytics and tracking
The app does not contain third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking pixels. We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses or usage metrics.
4. Permissions
The app may request access to features such as the camera (to scan passport details) or files (to attach documents). These permissions are used only on-device for the function you triggered.
5. Children
Marquee Royal is intended for professional adult users and is not directed at children under 13.
6. Your data, your control
Because everything is stored on your device, deleting the app removes the data. You may export records at any time through the app's share controls.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
